Want to view your balance or update your account information? Our software offers a portal so you can do just that.
We recently had to change our software program so our previous portal program, myresaleweb, will no longer work for you. The new program is called Simple Consign and you can ask staff for a Consignor Access Invite anytime.
We know it is a different platform and the set up process can be confusing so we will walk you through how to set up and use your account step by step.
You can call or ask in store, and the invite will be sent via email from the sender ConsignorAccess. If you do not see it in your inbox check your trash or spam folders.
Your consignor ID will be your account number and it will be provided in the email. You will need it for future logins. You will also be provided with a random autogenerated password for your first login.
Copy your password so you can paste it into the login field once you follow the link.
You can use the underlined link at the top or the big blue "Go To Login" button to reach the login page.
If you know your account number type it in here, if not you can copy and paste it from the email. Save the email or the account number somewhere, you will need it for future logins.
This is a one time password. Copy and paste it into the password field. Once you're in the system will prompt you to create your own password.
It will save the autogenerated password. Wait until you have gone through the reset process to save the password in your browser. Or check "remember me" on the next time you login with your new password.
This can be whatever YOU decide. It should not be the same as the one from the email.
It will require a length of 8 character and the inclusion of at least one of each of the following: Capital Letter, Lowercase letter, Number, Special Character (such as !@#$%^&*()_-)
So you can see what you are typing and make sure everything matches when you are asked to confirm your new password

The portal will only show you the dollar amount in your account. It WILL NOT show you information on individual items or their prices.

The portal will only show you the dollar amount in your account. It WILL NOT show you information on individual items or their prices. The balance will update within hours of items selling in store. Once you receive a payout your balance will show $0.00 balance.
Monetarily they are the same and you can use your consignment balance as store credit at anytime, just let the cashier know and they will apply your balance. Sometimes your account will show a balance for store credit and that means it can ONLY be used in store for purchases, it will not be part of the monetary value you can cash out with your balance.
Save your login and password somewhere. Your browser might ask if you want to automatically save the info when right after you login, do not save it the first time with the generated password from the email. Save it the second time when you enter your own password. You will need these to login again in the future.
There will be a little link below the login feilds that says "forogt your password?" click that and it will walk you through this process once more so you can make a new password. You can reveiw these steps again for this process as well. Make sure to save that new password somewhere you can find again!
