No. However we do have a women's extra small/petite section that may fit some kids and teens. Sizes may vary quite a bit between brands as well so we always recommend trying on your items before you buy if you can.
Yes we have a wide variety of designer handbags coming in at all times.
Yes! We have a variety of Furs in our collection. Only a limited selection is displayed on the sale floor so please store if you want see anything particular. Be prepared to disclose your preferred sizing and style so we can pull.
All of our clothing is organized by category and each category is by size and color. Racks are labeled by category and size. Shoes are organized and labeled by size while accessories are displayed all around the store and in a bit more of a treasure hunt.
Each item is marked the size that it's own label says. Each brand has it's own way of determining sizing, so the same size from different brands may fit very differently. This is one of the reasons we recommend trying on all your items before purchasing.
Tag colors designate seasons when clothing came in. There will always be a full price color for the newest pieces in our store and most often the remainder of the previous season's color will be on sale in our back room.
We have 3 fitting rooms, they are free use, first come first serve.
Often we have a specific tag color or category on sale and we participate in the annual summer sidewalk sales. Check our social medias for updates and look out for signs in store.
Yes we take all 3, hold and count to 3 when you tap, it will make a grumpy little beep when your transaction is complete

Basically, you bring us clothes and other fashion items in excellent condition and we sell them in our store for you! Once they sell you receive a portion of the sale in your account which can be used as store credit, or withdrawn in cash or check (see policies for details.) After that it's walk in's only (except for furs) Monday-Friday 11am-4pm.
Drop off consignment items, they are sorted and donated or accepted to price by management. Selected items go out for sale in store, once they sell the consignor receives 40% final sale price in account to be used as store credit or cash/check payout.

No, we do not accept kids clothes of any sizes for consignment.

Yes, we accept a wide variety of designer handbags
Yes, they must be in excellent condition and will be priced accordingly. We do have a small collection of second hand Louis Vuitton bags that we use a third-party service to authenticate. Consignors will be charged for the authentication fee, which will be credited to their account if the bag is verified authentic. Original receipts, certificates of authenticity, tags, dust-covers and packaging are always appreciated if you still have them.
Yes, only upon request, will we give you a print out of your consignment inventory in our store. Because we have over 4,400 consignors and we get multiple drop offs a day, we cannot do this for every consignor every time they drop off. You can also find your items on the floor and check their tags at anytime.
Reminder that all items, clothing especially, are subject to sales so items may not be sold for the same amount they were originally priced at, for more details please read through our policies and contract.
As soon as your clothing sells your portion of the sale goes straight into your account, which you can check your balance on using the consignor access portal or by asking staff to look up your account by your name or account number. You will only have a balance if your items are selling.

If your items do not sell by the end of the season or their expiration they will be donated unless you come in and have them withdrawn from consignment beforehand.
We donate unwanted items to Circle of Friends, American Cancer Society and Various Local Long-Term Care Facilities.
We have over 4,400 consignors so we cannot notify everyone when it is time for their items to be donated. It is within your right to come in and find your items in order to have them withdrawn from consignment at anytime BEFORE the end of the season or it's contracted expiration. Please see the Consignment Policies below for further information on this topic.
Request an inventory list of your items and use it to locate your items on the floor. Once you have collected your items, bring them to the register so staff can scan and release your items from our inventory.
